Three Minute Thesis (3MT庐) is a research communication competition developed by The University of Queensland (UQ) that challenges graduate students to present a compelling oration on their thesis topic and its significance in just three minutes.
3MT庐 develops academic, presentation, and research communication skills and supports the development of research students' capacity to effectively explain their research in language appropriate to a non-specialist audience
We are following the University of Queensland's . To compete, students will register online and submit their PowerPoint slides by the deadline below. All registrants will receive a confirmation email that includes an upload link along with further directions for submitting their slides.

The preliminary rounds of the 3MT庐 competition take place in late November.
Following the prelims, finalists will move on to a second round of competitions in January.
