Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 protects people from sex discrimination in educational programs and activities at institutions that receive federal financial assistance. UL Lafayette and the Title IX office are committed to fostering an environment in which all members of our campus community are safe, secure, and free from sexual misconduct of any form.
